Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. General Policy

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. All sales are subject to these conditions.


2. Customized and Personalized Products

All customized or personalized phone cases are considered final sale.

Once the design has been reviewed and approved by the customer, the order:

  • Cannot be cancelled
  • Cannot be modified
  • Cannot be returned
  • Cannot be refunded or exchanged

This applies to all custom orders, including but not limited to:

  • Photo cases
  • Name or text-based designs
  • Any product created or modified according to the customer’s request

These items are produced specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.


3. Color and Design Disclaimer

Actual product colors may vary slightly from the images displayed due to factors including:

  • Device screen settings and brightness
  • Lighting conditions during product photography
  • Variations in printing processes

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts minor color variations. Such differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or exchange.


4. Non-Custom (Ready-Made) Products

Returns or exchanges for non-customized products may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned with its original packaging
  • The request is submitted within 3 days of delivery

All requests are subject to review and approval.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or damaged items not caused by our error
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Orders where the customer selected an incorrect phone model or design

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your request must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

Upon review, we may offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.


8. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
