Once an order is placed, you are responsible for ensuring that all details provided (including phone model, design, and delivery information) are accurate.

4. Customized Products

By placing an order for a customized product, you confirm that:

You have reviewed and approved the final design
All submitted content (images, text, designs) is accurate and authorized for use

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including:

Spelling mistakes
Low-resolution images
Incorrect design placement

All customized products are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and are non-refundable and non-returnable once confirmed.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR), unless otherwise stated
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
Additional charges such as delivery fees may apply at checkout

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through our services, including designs, images, logos, and branding, is the property of the business and is protected by applicable laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs without permission
Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization

For customer-submitted designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use such content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business
Any damages arising from misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

9. Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.
